I figure, as a public co OTCM's focus is share price ie cutting costs ie small staff ie slow, but have had TXTM's disclosure for 3 months. Per a 2021 university study online, 75% of cos hit w CE are scams that just go dark and aren't trading in less than a year. I suspect OTCM focuses resources on the few that aren't. Can TXTM uplist or double-list WITHOUT CE removed? Dunno.
I dunno if I'll be selling or buying or what once CE is removed.
I don't know if TXTM can move to another exchange before CE is removed. IMO
