"Under NAFTA, cars that have been assembled in Canada, the US or Mexico need a minimum of 55% content to be from North America in order to be considered a “NAFTA vehicle” and be exempt of any tariffs, duties or taxes when sold in Canada, the US or Mexico."

The Mullen Chinese vehicles are over 90% imported therefore subject to tariffs, duties or taxes.

The Mullen Chinese Garbage doesn't have airbags and Mullen is still waiting for the airbags arriving - so how are they being sold? Michery is digging a deeper hole.
