Finally the date of an announcement has nothing to do with the date of a deal, transaction, settlement, etc.. Everyone can notice no details of the settlement will be available to the public. So the sociopaths can spin this any way the lack of heart desires. To anyone with business sense and common sense, all the evidence of the settlement was there the better part of a year ago and quite obvious. That is why I posted it. After fraudulent bullshit like India and Pasaca it would be quite foolish to give QMC any credibility. My posts are on the money. Time shows that. Yours on the other hand...
