If that's true, how come GEP shipped panels to Axitec on June 11, 2023?

Meaning the order was placed weeks/months before June 11th.



On June 13, 2023, Sun Pacific Holding Corp. (the “Company”), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sun Pacific Power Corp., entered into a 2 year exclusive distribution agreement with GEP New Energy Co. Ltd.
