It was very frustrating! Call your receiving broker and explain the situation and ask to speak to a higher level trader. I sold mine yesterday. After I initiated the transfer and it was in the system, I was able to speak with a Level 3 trader at the broker who could see the transfer in the DRS and make the call to enter the sale for me on the phone. I wish I had known this Monday. Expensive learning experience and didn’t get out anywhere near the peak, but still made some decent (and unexpected) profit..
