The MM-Brokers with their Bashing Manipulators are working overtime to shake the SH tree very hard to get cheapest shares! NHMD runs out of trips/000 to 00 and they show up BIGLY like clockwork bringing up past failures and ignore the awesome current events and NHMD future. I have a large group of bashers on iggy, no reason to read their BS Lame-Stream-Fake-Manipulative-News! I perform my own DD in addition to reviewing the awesome DD by others, and stervc DD/posts are a MUST read!

NHMD is being very transparent with news and "SEC" report filings and with two near-future deals around $568M once finalized, and PRE-14C awesome merger with JP Energy Group that will be final/DEF-14C next week on MON 30 OCT! This hasn't changed, what did change is a flood of posters using scare tactics to get peeps to sell! I'm sure there were some flipper profit takers from the trips - nothing wrong with making some coin and keeping a core position. Always good to get initial investment back and ride free shares. FWIW: However, with NHMD I haven't sold 1 share from the trips, also bought 00 ranges and have a large core position. I plan to buy more once funds clear, hopefully by FRI market!

Hard work and excitement go hand in hand as we push forward to finalize the JP Energy acquisition.

We've officially filed the PRE14C yesterday, and the DEF14C is set to be filed on October 30. This paves the way for our acquisition of JP Energy Group. Once the deal is closed, the new members of the board will be appointed and an independent audit committee created.
