APRU, but it's just as dirty as it was the day he hijacked it .

The liquor license requires ALL beneficial owners to apply, and there's someone who simply hasn't returned their CERT to be cancelled.

And the amendments to the A's and B's are absurd as written, which I suppose he wrote.

When my wife and her sister inherited an apartment complex, the bank wouldn't even allow a bank account to be opened until their new business was registered with the state.

He lists several subsidiaries that are supposedly owned by APRU, but they aren't registered that way. In most cases they're still registered with the supposed previous owners.

If you aren't properly registered in most states, you can't even defend yourself in a lawsuit.

But he's acquiring a brewery? I don't think he can raise the funds unless he cleans up his skank ass company he hijacked.

We'll see, but APRU still can apply for a liquor license in Illinois with a revoked status.
