Below is a Q & A example from Oct 4:

NSAV AMA, [Oct 4, 2023 at 5:22 PM]
Q: How is the subsidiary model (like TruSAF) beneficial to shareholders?

A: James says the idea behind subsidiaries is to have them be public and the shares owned by NSAV will make NSAV more valuable. NSAV shareholders will not have to buy shares in the subsidiary company. We will spin out 20% to NSAV shareholders before the subsidiaries go public and then do an IPO. NSAV will issue another 20% in the IPO and retain 60%.

If we keep doing spin outs and they are successful, the NSAV shareholders who are down on their investment could get whole with their shares in the subsidiaries even if the NSAV share price does not improve, though it should increase with the addition of holdings in subsidiary companies.
