The door is wide open as to howCytta will reward shareholders with RMIC ownership!

It technically is not a spin out, and that, although Cytta owns a number of shares of RMIC given them for the licensing agreement RMIC is an individual company that will be going public in the next few months! They are not technically within Cytta!

Cytta, after the RMIC IPO, weather it is in the form of shares or in the form of cash. It will be a distribution and or dividend to shareholders.
