Company is flat broke. 4000:1 freeing up a cool billion chips (all your chips) to play with is just the right formula to get another comatose 3rd party private lender to dish out some more nice lifestyle cash in exchange for tens of millions of worthless shares.

Otherwise there will be a lifestyle change and won’t not go over well …..not being able to keep up with the Jersey Jones’s

4000:1 is a desperate move to get those hands on more cash.
