$HIRU as per OTC new rules new mngmt needs to be approved by OTC 1st. Once OK'd, the mngmt of USA based Global distribution biz will be announced. The water biz will be $HIRU 's 2nd operating division. Pending approval other mergers & new divisions may follow that are in the similar biz space.
