For one, they didn't do that before. They kept the share structure intact through a CH11 bankruptcy, and we emerged with our shares.

But now, they know how explosive our authorizations and approvals will be in terms of covid, CMML, aGvHD, etc. A bankruptcy will only further delay the reaping of that tremendous reward.
