Robert Kearns invented the intermittent windshield wiper which took over 20 years before he was paid for infringement. This won't take that long.

That is actually a great example of why one would hold a stock like this. However, what if by the time it settled cars no longer had windshields AND, what if the guy suing was really just hoping to sue everyone on the basis of a nuisance settlement?
And lastly, what if the person who won decided not to share any non disclosure settlements with anyone after paying all contingent legal fees?

Just my opinion, of course.
