Explain how Park is going to take control of the commodities without financing? As usual, the slobberers here miss the simple details. To fulfill the contract to China, Park has to buy the commodities to take control of them to ship them in the first place. The source is not going to ship them or sell them to Park without payment. Explain exactly how a nothing company is going to get hundreds of millions of dollars of sugar and chicken feet released without payment?
