For those that missed the exciting 16 minute meeting, yes, FCEL shareholders have approved the additional shares. Toyota Long Beach is online producing power, water, and hydrogen every day, helping meet Toyota's decarbonization goals. They expect to have another 16.8 MW online by 4th quarter 2023, they are designing a 400MW solid oxide system in the US, but no location as of yet. Groton should be at full capacity by end of year. They are also working on add-ons to nuclear to generate hydrogen, so even if nuclear power supplants their PowerGen strategy, they can go to high-efficiency hydrogen production. Patience is golden.
