Here is a great article, asking great questions and explaining things in simple terms. One, the deal may not even happen. Two, High Times is in Receivership already, and the deal would need to be approved. No news on that front. Three, according to the article, regular shareholders' (us) shares have already been devalued down to $0.05 per share. OK back to being screwed.
