Listen, cupcake, whether you like it or not, JP Energy Group and JP Energy Partners are LLC's today. So, the fairy tale being pumped here is that a legit Chinese Food company "over there" wanted a half billion dollars of sugar and chicken feet, and instead of established sources, they chose to use a New Jersey LLC that had never handled those commodities before as a middle man. If that isn't enough to make you suspicious, then the LLC's are proposing they have or are close to getting the financial backing to cover the upfront acquisition and transportation costs. Someone with a half billion or so in capital are handing it over to New Jersey LLC's to sell sugar and chicken feet to the Chinese. Still not convinced? OK, so instead of these LLC's keeping their new found riches from the Chinese and never looking back, they've decided to "merge" into this corrupt shell in order to make you rich. If they have the contract and financial backing, they don't need this scammy shell at all, yet here we are.
I know that you'd prefer logic didn't exist, but oh well.
