The SEC needs to make naked shorting criminal since it fleeces billions of dollars out of people's portfolios every year by manipulating the share prices of all securities mostly downward! The SEC needs to make it mandatory for all of the naked shorted shares to be displayed in the market in realtime so people can make an informed decision before they invest their hard earned money into a security so they don't find that after they invested that the security is under a naked shorting attack and can never run North so they can realize a profit as they thought they would before investing! If the SEC is going to continue to allow naked shorting then they need to allow all investors to know how much naked shorting is taking place so the investors can make an informed decision on whether they should invest or stay far away from the security under the attack!
