Sorry, I posted that I was wrong. There wasn't a PR. I was confused (despite watching this daily for years). In my defense the company is achieving so much so fast it is hard to keep track of. jour_trader's take was probably more accurate (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173066952).

We definitely have more eyes on the investment and in a rare instance coming to an OTC stock after it has tripled will not be 'too late' to make a profit. There are big revenue products in the wings that will roll out in a year (the market looks ahead so price will move up to adjust for those in the next few months), plus
- the CEO is here only to get the company healthy enough to sell. He has repeatedly stated he sell as soon as he gets what he believes is a good offer.
- there is zero risk of dilution, in fact in the last CC the CEO said stock buyouts are on the table as soon as profits get a bit more healthy (should be six months to a year).
