The generic opioid it refers to it generic oxycontin. Right now as far as we know we are in line to be first to file. First to file gets 6 months of exclusive rights. Six months of being the only generic oxy will be killer for a small company.

But pop is also because so many other new drugs are in the fire, plus they just started doing their own marketing for their drugs in the spring and at the end of the first quarter they sales had increased substantially from doing that and are expected to increase even more after the second quarter of self marketing. Thus the biggest pop expected to be Nov 15 when revenue is reported. Should be their best ever.

Plus we are getting two additional PRs before than for a new drug approval and another for filing a ANDA for a generic CNS Stimulant with a multi-billion dollar market. The drug approval is small, the submission of the ANDA will be a pop up at least as big as todays or maybe bigger because alot of people not believing what they were hearing was going to happen will start believing once they see the money being made with their own two eyes. Only they will be late to the party and not make as much as those of us who had faith in the CEO and what he was telling us.
