I am in touch with several note holders and we all received the same response to our requests for repayment. Words, year after year, words. He has no money to bring himself even. There is no way any reputable business entity would tarnish their reputation and open itself to litigation by entering into any legally binding agreement with an individual operating under the shadow of past convictions and pending litigation. Think about it.
