I have tried thinking it out. Get all of the health exams. All I gotta do is poop in a box now and I have the box. Build a somewhat extensive food pantry. Two trained Dobermans. Guns and ammo stash. Rain collection and curing. Multiple places to live (but all are situated near military bases). Several other precautions. For now, I appear quite correct.
