and Peter Michaels has no deal. And HPNN shareholders are on the bottom of his list, because HPNN cannot hold any real assets, due to court action that has placed large and multiple liens on any assets HPNN or digitalage have or ever will obtain.

Im guessing Peter has to put out even more panic-stricken stock promotion to help dump shares on unsuspecting bagholders.
After all, he does have that $6K/month child/spousal support and he is still serving his sentence for beating his with so severely that they charged him with 5 felonies. And apparently he may also have around $200K of back child support he owes....that does not go away, Peter (deadbeat dad).
