TGGI could retire shares to reduce the number of shares and that's only one option, thus price of a stock would jump.
They could do that really fast and institutional investor would grab the TGGI shares.
There more options, watch out, if they will move quickly, than everybody will be surprised.
For TGGI the sky the limit, $2 it's very low.
