Omar. Don't even respond to that idiot. It took a while but I've been in contact with the SEC. If you remember BB released an update that they were raising $500k and they already raised $150k of it during a time the company was void in Delaware. i can assure you the SEC didn't think that selling/offering securities in a non existent company is juvenile. That's just the tip of the iceberg. Maybe Bret and the Faro's thought they could bullshit individual shareholders because no one would spend the resources to go after them but I have spent and will continue to spend to uncover the 15+ years of their fraud. I made them an offer that would place you shareholders in the same equity position you are in now in a well funded company with experienced officers and directors with track records in biotech, they should take it! The initial action was merely to get info from them they're refused to release and a shareholders meeting. The next action being drafted now will be a class action that will seek hundreds of thousands if not millions from them personally for the fraud they perpetrated over the years.
