I personally believe this is dilution, which is kind of bizarre after the share buybacks for much more. However, when were the first talks of expanding to the East Coast? Although maybe she is wiser than you all think. What if she did the dilution to get a facility or plant out East and then decided to do the share buybacks right at the time of completing the dilution. Think about this, and I am just using arbitrary numbers. What if you had $100K to do share buybacks, but you had to buy a facility out East for $200K with shares. What's the best thing to do, put out 2 PR's, then dilute, then buyback shares while remaining quiet, then disclose the information. Just saying hypothetically, NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
