The MMs book gives them a big edge.
MM ETRF has has a offer of appx 300k shares for the past week for prices around .102-.104 This offer will tend to suppress buyers and is often a fake-out for them to accumulate cheap shares for those who follow level 2.
They are also on the bid to see if someone( wink wink )will pay up for an extra thousand bucks.
