HPIL Shareholders have voted in favor of the share swap in the Apogee (private company).
2 groups have been harming Stephen Brown et al, and HPIL shareholders for about 2 years non stop.
HPIL does not trade, people say their is zero value in it, yet, 2 groups have, and continue to commit serious crimes as if their lives depend on it. Even a novice can deduce both groups are attempting to shut HPIL down completely to cover up something, something VERY big.
The attempted coverup will be the downfall, it always is.
