And the old "company is pursuing legal action against manipulators" bullshit. That's so stupid, it's insulting. Do they think their loyal investors are that gullible? Apparently so.
And finally....."AABB has negotiated a debt settlement with a long-time note holder and one of the originating financiers, which could positively affect the stock price". No details, no information on how the debt was settled, when it will be settled, nothing at all. My guess is that this statement is a flat-out lie. But, alternatively, they could close out the note.....and get a new one from yet another imaginary lender. Convertible debt is how these OTC scams make their loot, there is no way they will kill the golden goose that has ripped off $150 million so far from investors.
Investors should not lose sight of the fact that the AS was raised by 600 million shares recently. So why now would they begin a share buyback program? Or settle the note? It's time for Clive to do his favorite thing!
Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
