You are right.
Something is going on. I do not believe it is Masseys confiscated shares.
I thought that to increase the common shares that the company had to have at least 51% of the shares to vote for it..
I don't think they do. It seems like they have issued over 2,000,000,000 common shares by now.
I think that they are doing whatever they want.
Like their Board of Directors (which has to have at least two independent Directors).
They lie to the OTC as much as they lie to us. All this bullshit has to catch up at some point.
Even Brad seemed to be lost on the podcast.
