The Smart Money quietly accumulating shares.
But I think the VERY "smart money" were those who sold before this went to the Expert Market* (where this was stuck for some 16 months allowing Canadians, and few others, to buy cheaper and cheaper shares over time), and/or those who sold on pink limited/pink current days and who can now "accumulate" sold shares at a far, far cheaper price and be ready for any possible merger/acquisition that will, eventually, be announced. (Regrets.)
*And STAYED out and wasn't so overwhelmed with the FOMO and bought back in shortly thereafter.
