With the sheer lunacy of a trillion AS, they can literally dilute forever. Imagine a split scenario and the AS remaining at a trillion. And if insiders do own shares, why would they go along with such an increase? If they issues a trillion shares and split, that will literally make pink sheet history insofar as turning like 10 million previous held shares into .000001 of a share. Hell I don't know if I'd laugh or cry.
