Wow, lol! I am not sidetracking anything what so ever. I keep answering this in a very straight forward manner.

Pay attention and put your ‘listening ears’ on: unless the new CPA is complicit (helping to commit a crime or do wrong in some way), I do not care about who does the basic auditing of a pre-revenue biotech with not much to audit.
