Borgers had already been declared DELINQUENT for 5 days on 10/1/2023--

Representatives of BF Borgers are expected to attend the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders to be held on November 9, 2023 (the “Annual Meeting”) and to be available to respond to appropriate questions, and will have an opportunity to make a statement if they desire to do so.
