I've inquired about what the permit is specifically for last week on here and haven't heard anything. It's from the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, Coastal Management division (I believe). I think it's simply a permit for the state of LA for all businesses operating along the coast/in LA coastal waters. I don't think it's the air pollution permit that's from the Department of Environmental Quality. Really a non story.
