In the letter to shareholders dated Sept 18th, the CEO said,

"It is our belief and intention that the daily work we are doing to build shareholder value will soon be realized in our share price."

So either 1) she has a plan to start bringing awareness of this ticker to the market to raise S/P to $1 or 2) she is blowing smoke up current shareholder's asses and is just gonna do a R/S when March rolls around and Nasdaq is going to de-list the symbol.

Time will tell.
