If anyone thought the SEC was slow taking 3 years, NY 3 times slower.

Since the Part 135 aeroplane appears to be dead and a bad idea from the get to as I've shared, maybe Frankie and switch gears again with diamond mines? Afterall, $mONI has all that previous experience with Gold mines. Prolly could get Alice back too.
