Walter I agree 100%. These are not lawyers doing their best to serve an existing clients best interests. These are bloodsuckers that need the names of shareholders to attach to a frivolous lawsuit.

But they don't pick their targets at random. Delayed filings while the share price is at 5 year lows and toxic debt is used to fund bonuses and loan paybacks isn't a good look. Another but, bottom feeders like this lawfirm don't deserve a penny as a result of these bad circumstances.

Walter, if you would please, what is your take on the last paragraph from IBC's news yesterday. A sale at this point doesn't sound good to me.
