The fact of the matter is that PKTX started life as a French Canadian scam with known pharma scamster Max Arella on its puppet board, and while it may have rearranged the appearance of its management, in reality it's still controlled by French Canadian mafiosi, and aggressively pimped by their (rather sad) tame tout Past and Present.
