Yes. All courts are open to the public. For free. You see that large seating area behind the defense and prosecution tables........that's for public seating.

And if you are in the courthouse, you can get copies of any filings you like from the clerk. Pay a small fee. They mostly have computers there and you can look them up and print them.

Pacer is just a way for people not in the vicinity, or just want to get them from the privacy of their own homes......lol........also a small fee.

It pays to keep track of the proceedings if you're invested in a stock that has court proceedings.........fwifw.......
