Carnac has left the building...out of embarrassment . We had our last legal update from the company on July 11. If Emil/company would stick to regular quarterly updates it would relieve some of the anxiety in owning this stock and would likely help the share price IMO. A CEO who really cares about his shareholders would at least periodically let shareholders know that things are on track or progressing favorably. That simple gesture would relieve shareholder stress/anxiety and probably result in an increase in share price. Never owned nor will I again a stock where shareholders are constantly kept in the dark. If settlement discussions are not ongoing then it is a travesty that new trial dates have not been established. There are no other acceptable reasons for not having this done. the prophet
