That is pure conjecture.

The only thing that anyone knows for sure is that one person bought about 57 million shares. When the annual 10-K is posted, we will see how many shares he has dumped.

On Dec 31 2022, he had 60,634,347 shares.

On Apr 14 2023, he had 56,935,028 shares.

That is a reduction of 3,699,319 shares.

It looks like he is starting to realize that he has made a huge mistake.
