It is ok to buy at these levels - we will still make money - there is a risk to have ELTP go back to 5 cents or less - this would discourage current longs who have been in the red for years. Time to buy at around market price and move up - slowly - day by day and accumulate more.

That is how Apple and Tesla google and MSFT did it...This is how we got to 97 cents in 2014
