That is a complete lie.

YA II PN didn't hold onto anything. They were just a middle man that purchased shares for a short period (a few days), in order to make a huge profit, and then dump the shares on the open market. That was the agreement that they signed with KBLB. They weren't allowed to hold more than 5% of the O/S at any time. And if they did hold, they are required by law to file the appropriate SEC documents showing how much they have.
