Sharp hasn’t tweeted “issues”

Yeah like that is any gauge.

The last time that Sharp kept quiet like this for an extended period of time it was because of the catastrophe of not being able to get GVSI SEC registered and reporting. He only let shareholders know about that disaster after over a year of staying quiet.

Sharp said the SEC administrative proceeding against GVSI, where GVSI was appealing the SEC denial of GVSI's corporate actions, which Sharp said was "unwinnable," then that means that GVSI can't get the restriction lifted which means it's still in place.

And Sharp didn't say what the "agreement" was, and since the administrative proceeding was an "UNWINNABLE BATTLE" it definitely is not in GVSI's favor.

So Sharp seems to be admitting that getting GVSI's corporate actions approved by the SEC/FINRA is "UNWINNABLE."

There's a reason why Sharp isn't bragging (as he usually does) about the "agreement."

And if Sharp said there was an "agreement" with the SEC, then why hasn't GVSI's corporate actions been approved after over 12 weeks when it usually takes only 3 - 4 weeks?

No wonder we haven't heard from Sharp in so long.

All this doesn't fair well for GVSI. All the while Sharp bashes other companies and races his ponies.

-Name/ticker change. Some come in 3 weeks, some come in 3 months, we are in the timeframe it can happen any day, just a timeline being attacked.

You're not very bright are you? It's already been 3 months and NOTHING!

Again, that is just more misdirection and yet another lie from you. Timelines has nothing to do with it (yet pumping for two and a half years with nothing to show for it would be extremely embarrassing for most normal people). I am pointing out all the problems GVSI currently has with the SEC/FINRA - specifically the current Notice of Deficiency issued to GVSI by FINRA that Sharp never corrected by fixing and filing audited financials from 2008 - 2013, the SEC current restriction on GVSI's corporate actions, GVSI's continued violation of FINRA Rule 6490, the unusually long time of 12 weeks and counting with no SEC/FINRA approval of its corporate actions when it usually takes 3 - 4 weeks, among other problems.

And you've been saying "any day" for months if not years now.

GVSI is delinquent with the SEC, is not SEC registered and reporting, has a FINRA Notice of Deficiency that was never addressed, has a SEC/FINRA restriction on its corporate actions such as a reverse merger and is in violation of FINRA Rule 6490.
