The fiction of somehow the law authorizes fat dividends to one Equity holder while FnF are undercapitalized. "We've been robbed!"
The trial wasn't about the JPS contract as you claim to mislead us, which authorizes the suspension of dividends.

And the common stocks don't have a contract with FnF but a legal claim on future profits and the Retained Earnings account.
