So where are all these 2.8 billion shares.... if the float wasn't locked we should be seeing 10-20 million shares at these levels.... but we don't.

As for big news.... it hasn't come out yet. YET being the operative word. The 10 portals they bought from DTII was a formality and a contractual condition to become a distributor. They aren't here to sell just 10 portals.... distributors deal high volume, not nickel and diming.

Anyone whose been around the OTC long enough knows the types of games that are played down here to hide information. Before the rule change in 2020, companies would file a 12-15g to hide financials and revenue while still remaining tradeable. Companies used this as a tactic to buy back shares at low levels.

Don't you find it curious that despite being 3 quarters delinquent.... this stock is still tradeable and not on the Expert markets....?
