Thank you for digging by the way. I'm not trying to discourage you either, it's your money and you deserve to know what's going on with your investment. I was just throwing out my two cents worth of precaution. In the link you provided, it doesn't give a lot more details, so we might only be seeing the surface.

One thing that's discouraging about Maricopa County, and others, is they make you jump through hoops to get your hands on court documents. Most just throw their hands up, imo.
