Keep in mind it was actually late 2020 and into ‘21, a different time in the otc, but it was promoted to the hilt and there was a reverse merger craze at the time. It ran from 0001 to 1.93, and millionaires were made. It backed up a bit, then word got out of a R/S, it dropped to .85 and did a 1:4 split landing at 3.40 as HMBL, rose up some and when the transaction settled in people’s accounts the dumping began and never stopped. HMBL is all the way back down at 001 area and has been the biggest epic failure I’ve ever seen.
