Bad economic policy has reprecussions.
There are many who bought houses at the peak of the market, when values were extremely high, and rates had started creeping up over the past 1-1.5 years. If rates and housing prices do drop later on, there will be another massive drop the keys at the bank movement like in 2008/2009. I think this article is just picking up on the beginning of it.
